Prompt Anatomy – US hiring prompts for HR teams. English-only static site with optional paid PDF guides processed by Stripe.
What data we process
Free tool: We do not collect personal data on our servers — no account, no email signup, no analytics cookies.
AI prompts you copy: They run in your own ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini chat — not on our servers. Do not paste Social Security numbers or unnecessary candidate PII into public AI models.
Paid PDFs: Stripe processes your payment and shares your billing email and payment metadata with us so we can fulfill your order (download link by email).
What stays on your device
Only browser localStorage: which prompts you marked as done. That data never leaves your device unless you clear site data.
Sub-processors (paid PDFs)
Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Upstash Redis (fulfillment state and signed download tokens). We retain fulfillment records for up to 90 days. See Terms for license and refunds.
Fonts and third-party requests
Typography is self-hosted from this site (/assets/fonts/ — Inter and JetBrains Mono). We do not load Google Fonts on public pages. We do not run advertising or social tracking pixels on this site today.
Your rights (US visitors)
Depending on where you live (including California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold from a purchase. Email info@promptanatomy.app from your purchase address. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for business HR professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
International visitors
Servers and sub-processors may be in the United States or other countries. By using paid PDFs you consent to that transfer for fulfillment.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
